1. Nothing here is financial advice. topyolo is an entertainment and journaling site. Trades logged here are self-reported opinions stamped at delayed prices. Not verified broker fills. Not recommendations. Do your own DD. You alone are responsible for your trades.
2. Permanence. By logging a trade you accept it cannot be edited or deleted, ever. Comments can be edited or deleted by their author; deleted comments remain visible as tombstones. Don't post anything you can't live with.
3. Prices are approximate. Market data may be delayed or occasionally wrong. We stamp what our sources report; we make no guarantee of accuracy.
4. Conduct. No spam, no market manipulation schemes, no impersonation, no illegal content. We may suspend accounts that abuse the site. The record they created stays.
5. No warranty. The service is provided as-is, and may change or shut down. We're too broke for an SLA too.
